2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we aim to offer a fair cancellation policy:

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled experience will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 3-6 days before the scheduled experience are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the experience are non-refundable, except in cases of unforeseen emergencies such as medical issues or significant travel disruptions, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If Lovienne must cancel an experience due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, venue unavailability), customers will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is allowed up to 3 days before the scheduled experience, subject to availability.

Requests made less than 72 hours before the experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Any price differences due to changes in services or scheduling may require additional payment.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider’s policies.
Refunds for payments made via third-party providers  will follow the respective provider’s refund policies and timelines.
Transaction fees, if applicable, may be non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Services

Certain services may be non-refundable:
Gift vouchers and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please check the specific terms of your voucher for any additional conditions, including expiration dates.
Custom experiences that require third-party bookings or prepayments may be subject to their respective refund policies.
Partial use of an experience (e.g., leaving an event early) is not eligible for a refund.
